RETURN POLICY:
Please choose products carefully as they cannot be refunded due to Health Regulations. Prices are subject to change without notice.

DAMAGED GOODS:
If your products are damaged due to handling, you must notify Clear Complexions within 72 hours to be returned for replacement. Clear Complexions will not refund goods under these circumstances. Items must be returned in the original condition they were received.

COLOUR SELECTION:
The colour charts provided by Clear Complexions display in this site are a guide only. Clear Complexions do not guarantee that by you selecting a colour from the colour guide provided, that the colour you receive will be exactly the same. Clear Complexions attempts to be as accurate as possible in product descriptions, however does not imply that the product description is complete and error-free.

YOUR ACCOUNT:
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Clear Complexions does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. Clear Complexions reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
